Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Kasamo for the use of Kasamo. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Kasamo, you agree to these terms. If you use Kasamo for a business or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. The service
Kasamo helps teams plan, write, approve, schedule and publish content to social networks, and see how it performs. It works with each network through that network's official API, so the features available for each network depend on what the network allows.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information, including a working email address.
- Keep your password secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at office@kasamo.net if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Workspaces and teams
Content is organised in workspaces. The workspace owner and its admins decide who joins and what role each person has. They are responsible for their team's use of the workspace, and for having the right to manage the social accounts they connect.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload or create in Kasamo. You give Kasamo a limited, worldwide licence to store, process, copy, format and transmit that content only to provide the service, including publishing it to the networks you select.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with the law and with each network's rules.
6. Connected social networks
When you connect a social account, you authorise Kasamo to act on your behalf to publish the content you or your team schedule and to read information needed for analytics. You can disconnect at any time.
Your use of each network remains subject to that network's own terms (for example Meta's Terms and Community Standards). Networks may change their APIs, limit access, reject posts or suspend accounts. We are not responsible for their decisions. When a post can't be published, we retry where that makes sense and tell you the reason.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Kasamo to:
- publish anything illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or manipulate engagement;
- distribute malware or attempt to break into accounts or systems;
- get around usage limits or security measures, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it (except where the law allows), or overload it;
- resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.
8. Plans and payment
Some features or usage levels may require a paid plan. Prices, limits and billing periods are shown before you buy. Payments are in Ghana cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise, and are processed by our payment providers. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Plans renew or expire as described at purchase. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable unless the law or the plan terms say otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Kasamo at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion).
We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. While a workspace is suspended, its members can't open it and nothing is published from it. Where possible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Kasamo available and to publish scheduled posts on time, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or problems at the social networks may delay or prevent publishing. We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.
11. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, Kasamo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without other warranties of any kind. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics come from the networks and may be incomplete or delayed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Kasamo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to Kasamo is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of Ghana.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover Kasamo's reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims arising from your content, or from your breach of these terms or of a network's rules.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to the courts of Ghana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. We would rather solve problems directly first, so please contact us.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Kasamo after that, you accept the updated terms.
